Clinics must be licensed by the Ministry of Health of Türkiye(!), comply with all relevant healthcare regulations and hold the necessary health tourism accreditation(!) to provide services to international patients.

Clinics should follow a patient-centered approach, ensuring patient rights, privacy and post-treatment support.

Surgeons performing hair transplant procedures must have recognized medical qualifications, including a medical degree(!) and specialization in hair restoration, with a proven track record in hair transplant procedures.

Clinics must adhere to strict hygiene and sterilization standards and provide services that meet international health tourism regulations.

Clinics should have an active international patient services program with professional translation and guidance support in English.

Transparent pricing policies should be in place, ensuring clear, understandable pricing with no hidden fees or unexpected costs.

The information shared in advertisements should be clear, transparent and accurate, without any misleading claims.

Clinics should have an active Google My Business account to enhance online visibility and build trust with potential patients.

Clinics should have an informative website and active social media accounts that accurately represent their services and provide essential information for potential patients.

Clinics should have an active WhatsApp line for easy and direct communication with potential patients.

How the Process Works
You can submit your applications in Turkish.

1. Send an Advertising Request Email

Begin by sending an email with the subject line "Advertising Request" to info@turkeyhairtransplant.co. In your email, please include the following details:

Contact Person’s Name and Phone Number (the person responsible for communication during the advertising process)

Whether you are interested in a banner ad or listing in our advertising directory

Clinic's Website URL and Social Media Account links

Once we receive your email, we will review your request within a week. We will get back to you via email or phone to confirm the details and discuss the next steps.

​3. Agreement and Negotiation
​If we agree on the terms and conditions, we will then discuss the specifics, including advertising fees, duration, and other important details. Everything will be transparent and agreed upon before moving forward.

4. Invoicing and Payment
All fees will be invoiced and processed accordingly. There will be no hidden costs, and the payment process will be clearly outlined.

By following these steps, we ensure a smooth, transparent and efficient collaboration. We will review all applications within a week and respond via email or phone.
